Mr. Tikaram Gaire is serving as the Chairman of this Himali Hydro Fund Ltd. Mr. Gaire has also involved other few businesses such as restaurants, media sector, agriculture, hospitals etc. Tikaram Gaire was involved in restaurant business in Japan for 25 years. He has permanently returned Nepal in 2071 and involved in different business in Nepal. Mr. Gaire is the founder promotor at Liberty Energy Company Ltd. which completed COD of Upper Dordi-A Hydropower Project 25 MW in Lamjung in 3rd December 2022 (17th Mangsir 2079).

Mr. Somnath Kandel is serving as Managing Director of this company (HFFL). Mr. Somnath Kandel is entrepreneur & professional of Hydropower sector. He has 12 years of experience in investing and managing various hydropower companies & projects in Nepal. With the leadership of Mr. Kandel this Sona Khola Hydropower Project-9 MW was identified, taken license, conducted engineering studied, PPA, financial arrangement and now under construction.Mr. Kandel has worked as the Project Director of the Bhujung Hydropower Ltd. (Upper Midim HPP - 7.5 MW in Lamjung, COD in 18th April 2024 [6th Baisakh 2081]); CEO of Thulo Khola Hydorpower Ltd. (Upper Thulo Khola A HPP -15 MW); CEO of Palun Khola Hydropower Ltd. (Palun Khola HPP-21 MW); and CEO of Madame Khola Hydorpower Ltd. (Madame Khola HPP-24 MW)Mr. Kandel is also serving as Secretary of Koshi Pradesh at Independent Power Producers Association of Nepal (IPPAN). Mr. Kandel obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Finance.

Pravek Joshi is a highly accomplished and experienced professional specializing in education

Mr. Joshi is the CEO of Oreff International since December 2022. He drives business expansion,

fosters innovation, cultivates client relationships, and ensures project execution with quality and
timeliness. He emphasizes continuous improvement, compliance, and ethical practices.
He worked as the Vice-Principal of Liberty College from November 2018 to December 2022,
where he directed academic programs, led faculty recruitment, and supported student
achievement. Previously, he served as a Program Coordinator at Rajdhani Model College from
March 2017 to November 2018, overseeing course scheduling and student engagement
strategies.
