Himali Hydro Fund Ltd. (HHFL) is developing the Sona Khola Hydropower Project- 9 MW (SKHPP) in Taplejung district, Nepal. Company (HHFL) incorporated on 24th Oct., 2016 by registration in Office of the Company Registrar under Ministry of Industry, with in initiation of the two Nepali founders namely Mr. Somnath Kandel and Mr. Tikaram Gaire. Initially company was formed as Private Limited company later on in 12th July, 2022 company was converted into Limited company. Company (HHFL) has also registered in Department of Industry, Ministry of Industry Commerce & Supplies (Uddhog Bibhag) in 16th Aug., 2021. Currently Company (HHFL) has 55 number of shareholders and 5 number of Board of Directors (BOD) where Managing Director acts as BOD as well as Chief Executive.
